We are following THREE Core Fundamentals to make sure our employees, contractors and customers remain safe at all times when they interact in the field:
FUNDAMENTAL 1
Physical Distancing
- Strict adherence to the 2 metre or 6-foot rule
- Stepping back after knocking to ensure the 2 metre rule
- Electronic signing for all agreements and work orders
- Video walk-throughs to assess customer security requirements
- Curbside assisted installation and service calls available
FUNDAMENTAL 2
PPE and Disinfection
- Disinfecting all work areas before and after the work is completed
- Using alcohol-based cleaning and disinfectant wipes on all devices and surfaces
- Wearing gloves as necessary
Wearing masks if close proximity work is unavoidable - Vehicles and Equipment sanitized daily
FUNDAMENTAL 3
Healthy Employees
- Daily tracking of the health of all Liberty employees and contractors
- All workers must self-monitor for symptoms and use the self-assessment tools on the provincial websites
- COVID-19 Provincial Tracking App is mandatory (applicable in AB only)
- Strict adherence to maintaining healthy habits:
- Washing hands often
- Physical distancing
- Keeping all work areas sanitized
